Deer Run offers a variety of lodging options for your retreat experience: The Lodge, Lakeview Cabins and Cedar Point Cabins. Deer Run facilities can accommodate a total of 250 persons.

7 Guest Rooms
25 beds (8 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, 7 sets twin bunks, 1 twin size loft bed) + 2 full size futons 

The Lodge at Deer Run is a 7,000 sq-ft facility nestled within the serenity of the woods, providing a haven for rest, rejuvenation and renewal plus a peaceful atmosphere for retreat meetings and overnight stays.

This premier facility is designed and decorated with an elegant simplicity and the ambiance of a mountain lodge. The great room has a 2-story stone fireplace, each guest room has scenic views of the surrounding woods, and an outdoor fire pit in the backyard plus upper and lower back decks provide outdoor relaxation and conversation areas. 

Amenities
Free Wi-Fi and a 65-inch flat screen Smart TV with Roku, DVD player and HD antennae for local channels 

Each guest room has Pendleton® collection blankets chosen specifically for that room, hair dryer, plush towels, pillow top mattress and dual alarm clock/radio with sound machine.

Meeting Room/Library
Accommodates up to 40 persons theater style and has an exterior door to the outside upper deck. Includes dry erase board, flip chart, projector with screen and AV system with CD/DVD player. 

Recreation
The Lodge has a large backyard with a volleyball net, ladder golf and cornhole plus room for recreational games.

Lakeview Cabins

Lakeview Cabins Info Sheet

Overlooking Spring Valley Lake, the cabins have thermostat controlled heat & air, ceiling fans, a kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 

Each cabin has 5 sets of wooden bunks with mattresses (total 10 bunk beds) plus a loft area with 2 twin beds, 2 private showers, 2 private toilet areas and a double sink area with large countertop.

A campfire area with seating is adjacent to the cabins. The cabins are a short walking distance to Spring Valley Lake, the Creekside Recreational Area and the Camp Store where snacks, drinks, toiletries, merchandise and apparel can be purchased.

The cabins are adjacent to an open-air pavilion with electricity, a campfire area with seating, The Creekside Dining Facility, shower house with central heat & air, Creekside Recreational Area, Spring Valley Lake and Camp Store.
