SUPPORT

the Ministry of Deer Run

Help raise $1.5 million by October 15, 2020.

Give a tax-deductible donation to Deer Run’s GoFundMe campaign: https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/deer-run.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our ministry hard. Our leadership faced difficult decisions in June: all summer camps were canceled which meant a loss of revenue so significant that we had to let nearly 50% of our staff go … many who were in leadership positions. In addition, many retreat groups who were booked from March to October canceled which resulted in further lost revenue for our ministry. Immediately, we eliminated every possible operating expense.

Already this year, we have lost over $1.8 million dollars which is over two-thirds of our annual operating budget. This is unrecoverable income.

Deer Run operations may come to a halt if we do not raise enough financial support to bridge this temporary shortfall.

We desperately need your help to make it through the fall and winter months so that we can retain our staff, continue to operate, and also plan, recruit, and prepare for next summer’s camps.
