As moms, we tend to be rushed to stay on task. It’s easy for time to slip by.

Schedule this weekend away with your daughter to connect on a deeper level! Deer Run’s private 100-acre scenic property with first-class accommodations just south of Franklin, TN is a perfect setting for your special weekend together.

Everything is planned for you so you can slow down and focus on your relationship with each other without the usual distractions of everyday life … play, learn, and laugh while you enjoy focused time.

As the sun goes down, you will enjoy a glow night dance party, nighttime wagon rides, stargazing, and a campfire with s’mores. And what girl doesn’t like pajama parties?! WEAR YOUR PJs FOR A MOVIE NIGHT TOGETHER! Plan on getting cozy with your blankets and pillows (and stuffed animals!), but first stop by The Camp Store to pick up popcorn, movie snacks, and beverages.

Moms, don’t miss this opportunity to slow the pace, recapture a bit of the magic of childhood, and engage the heart and passions of your daughter. She will see you in a new light, love capturing your attention, and feel deeply loved. This memory-making event is a weekend you will talk about for a long time!

This event is popular for moms with daughters ages 5-14. However, daughters of all ages (and grandmothers!) will have a fabulous time! Aunts, foster moms, or mentors are encouraged to attend with girls whose mom is unable to attend or with girls who do not have a mom.

Weekend Worship Leader

Meet Esther

Esther Eddy is always looking for a place to serve through worship leadership, and our Mother-Daughter Getaway Weekend is next on her list! As a current member of The Bridge Church in Spring Hill, TN, Esther serves on the worship leadership team. She has loved the Lord in many ways and places throughout her life: she has performed at local worship events, served on the Thompson Station Church worship team, and led worship during VBS. She was also a member of the famous Christ Church Choir and sang with the MTSU college worship team. Her love and experience for worship all began at just 10 years old when her father asked her to lead worship at the Hispanic church he started in Franklin, TN. It’s safe to say Esther’s heart for worship runs deep, and she can’t wait to share with us at Deer Run in September.
